Job Description:
Our Enterprise Supply Chain team is seeking a Senior Sourcing & Contracts Specialist to join our dynamic team and contribute to the strategic sourcing and contracting processes within our Software & Applications Category.
Reporting to the Category Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring efficient and effective supplier relationships, driving cost savings, and mitigating risks.

Key Responsibilities
Sourcing Strategy Execution: Actively participate in developing and implementing sourcing strategies aligned with the overall category plan.
RFX Management: Lead the development and execution of Request for Proposals (RFPs), Request for Quotations (RFQs), and other sourcing events.
Supplier Evaluation: Conduct thorough evaluations of supplier proposals, analyzing factors such as pricing, quality, service, and risk.
Contract Negotiation: Negotiate and manage contracts, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for the organization.
Contract Management: Oversee the entire contract lifecycle, including contract execution, amendments, and renewals.
Vendor Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with suppliers, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
Cost Savings: Drive cost efficiency initiatives and achieve targeted savings goals.
Stakeholder Management: Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders to understand their requirements and ensure their satisfaction.
Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices.

Qualifications
5-7+ years of experience in Purchasing, commercial Contract Negotiation, and Supplier Management roles.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Software/Cloud/SaaS procurement.
Associates Degree or equivalent combination of training and experience.
Strong negotiation, analytical, decision-making, and customer relationship skills.
Experience in developing and running sourcing events. Proven ability to manage the full contract lifecycle.
Strong understanding of supply chain, procurement, contracts, and project management principles.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Knowledge of purchasing systems, category management, and strategic sourcing methodologies.
