M2 Construction is seeking a Human Resources & Office Manager to execute all responsibilities for human resources as well as manage daily office operations. Day-to-day responsibilities include recruitment, on-boarding, employee benefits administration, worker’s compensation, and safety administration. Additionally, the Human Resources & Office Manager will be responsible for assisting with project document management and providing insights to leverage technology and drive administrative efficiencies for the team. The ability to exercise good judgment in a variety of situations and manage competing priorities is essential to the role. Human Resources & Office Manager position qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree, preferred or equivalent experience
• Experience within the construction industry, a plus
• Previous safety management experience, preferred
• Demonstrated proficiency with technology including Microsoft Office Suite and pdf editors/manipulation software, required; Aptitude for utilizing and employing technology, essential
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, essential
• Demonstrated community involvement, preferred
