The Human Resources (HR)/Team Member Experience (TMX) Admin will be responsible for supporting the HR/TMX team with various tasks.
SOME ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
- Resume review and phone screens - supporting Recruitment
- New Hire relationship development and orientation support/facilitation - supporting Onboarding
- New Hire and annual Open Enrollment processing- supporting Benefits
- Filing - supporting clerical needs
- Event set up and breakdown, communication- supporting TMX events
- Updating of the Clayton Sacramento HUB and communication centers/App - supporting communication needs
This position will work Monday-Friday, 32-40 hours per week to support the needs of the production facility (185 team members).
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 1 year of recent HR experience.
- HR experience in a manufacturing facility is a plus.
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Must be proficient in speaking, reading, and writing in English.
- Bilingual in spanish and ability to translate documents is a plus.
- Strong computer skills (MS Office, CANVA, Adobe, email, internet, etc.) and experience with various Human Resources Systems (Workday).
- Ability to obtain knowledge of and comply with all Federal, individual State, & Local Labor, Employment, & Wage and Hour Laws.
- Ability to present to all levels of team members.

This position offers opportunity for growth within our team and the company. You will have a chance to work on many HR/OD related projects and grow your career.
Our final candidate must successfully pass a post offer, pre-employment drug test and background check as well as a basic physical to work in the production facility. This position will mostly work in an office, however, you will be required to spend 5-10 hours a week on the production floor with team members and managers that we support. The ability to lift/push/pull 20+ on a regular basis is required as well as the ability to sit (4-6 hours per day), stand/walk (2-4 hours per day) and climb stairs as needed.
