Compensation: $65,000 - $68,000 based on experience.
Ideal Candidate: The preferred applicant will possess a minimum of three years of administrative experience in human resources, demonstrating strong technical abilities and expertise in corporate recruitment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the complete recruitment cycle, which includes job postings, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and selection processes.
- Facilitate onboarding and orientation programs for new hires.
- Address employee inquiries and concerns, providing appropriate guidance and solutions.
- Manage employee benefit programs, such as health insurance and retirement plans.
- Assist staff with payroll and benefits-related questions and manage open enrollment activities.
- Ensure adherence to labor laws and regulations, including EEO, ADA, FMLA, and other relevant statutes.
- Maintain employee records, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
- Update and maintain HR policies and procedures to comply with legal standards and best practices.
- Effectively communicate and enforce HR policies.
- Ensure the accuracy of HRIS (Human Resources Information System) data.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline is required.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in an administrative HR role.
- PHR certification is advantageous.
- Experience with ADP systems is preferred.
- Familiarity with employment laws and regulations.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Attention to detail, task-oriented, and proficient with numbers.
- Excellent interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient in HRIS software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to assist with recruitment activities.
