PERFORMANCE STANDARDS

QUALIFICATIONS

* Associate degree or technical certification in related field.
* 5+ years of relevant experience in the maintenance/mechanical area of a manufacturing plant.
* Experienced in developing and/or performing in a maintenance structure designed for high reliability through defined standards and procedures.
* Demonstrated ability to lead and achieve desired results.
* Experienced with RCA (Root Cause Analysis) and FMEA (Failure Mode Analysis).
* General electrical license/millwright certification preferred.
