Location: Wings & Waves Waterpark

Overview

This role is essential for overseeing designated aquatic environments, ensuring continuous vigilance to uphold the safety of patrons in all areas of the waterpark, including pools, slides, and play zones.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conducts daily safety inspections.
  • Delivers exceptional customer service to all visitors and colleagues.
  • Regularly examines and maintains slides, pools, and lifesaving equipment.
  • Participates in required training sessions and in-service programs.
  • Implements all waterpark regulations and protocols.
  • Proactively communicates safety measures to prevent guest injuries.
  • Identifies and mitigates potential hazards.
  • Performs rescues for guests in distress and provides first aid when necessary.
  • Executes job responsibilities safely and efficiently in accordance with waterpark guidelines and employee handbook.
  • Follows the established dress code of the waterpark.
  • Possesses knowledge of park events and responds to guest inquiries appropriately.
  • Assists with cleaning, maintenance, or administrative tasks as required.
  • Maintains consistent, reliable attendance.
  • Collaborates effectively within a team environment, fostering cooperation and continuous improvement of the waterpark.
  • Respectfully accepts guidance from management.
  • Undertakes additional responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications

Must possess the Ellis and Associates Special Facilities Lifeguard Training Credential (including CPR, Oxygen Administration, and AED certification).

Applicants must be at least 16 years of age or older to be considered for this position.
