Project Engineer Position
At Hodge Western Corp, we're looking for a skilled Project Engineer to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for research and design of project work activities, as well as the development of schedules and pay applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with Senior Management, Estimating, and Project Manager to design work plans, schedules, and budgets in the preconstruction phase.
- Provide research and advice to the Project Manager to address crew and equipment needs.
- Maintain professional relations with internal and external stakeholders, addressing their concerns and communicating issues up the chain of command.
- Understand project completion requirements and provide documentation for sign off by customers and other stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, Construction Management, Mining Management, Business, or equivalent.
- Experience in the Construction or Mining Industry, preferably as an intern, operator, or laborer.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to envision creative solutions to uncommon problems.
- Familiarity with Construction Industry, valid driver's license, and ability to pass a pre-employment drug test.
