What You'll Do:
Bartenders are the face of the restaurant and are responsible for setting the example of how we execute food and beverage service throughout the restaurant. You should be the go-to person for knowledge of beer, spirits, and all of our great drinks

Responsibilities:
- Quickly and efficiently make drinks our guests will enjoy
- Build regulars every day
- It's your bar, stock it and make sure it looks nice all the time
- Cleaning the workstation and bar area.
- Make suggestions based on customer tastes and preferences
Qualifications:
- At least 1-2 years of high-volume or hospitality driven bar experience (preferred)
- Understanding of local and national craft drafts and spirits (Mezcal and Tequila a plus)
- Ability bus/pre-bus with or without support staff
- Must have reliable transportation to and from work
- Ability to work fast and multi-task
- Ability to be flexible with schedule
- Be willing to work nights & weekends
- Passion for tacos, tequila, and beer
Physical Requirements:
- While performing the duties of this position, the team member is required to stand or walk for hours at a time up to 4-8 hours.
- Team members will continuously be performing hand and wrist work including grasping, and bending and twisting and fine hand manipulation.
- Team members are frequently required to stoop, bend, shake, stir, pour, and reach with hands and arms.
- Team members will occasionally push and pull and reach above the shoulder.
- Team members will occasionally kneel or squat.
- This position will seldom require climbing and stairs.
- Team members will continuously lift or carry 0-25 pounds, occasionally lift or carry 26-50 pounds and rarely lift or carry over 50 pounds.
