- Ensure all bar equipment is clean and operational
- Handle challenging situations with poise
- Adhere to all applicable liquor regulations
To excel as a Bartender, you should possess a professional demeanor, a friendly and approachable personality, and the ability to connect with a diverse range of individuals. Genuine care, compassion, and comfort in conversing with people from various backgrounds are essential. Clear and professional communication is required. Previous experience in bartending is advantageous. You may also be asked to perform other reasonable duties as assigned by supervisors.
The Bartender position requires prolonged periods of standing and the ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than 30 pounds without assistance. A professional appearance and adherence to uniform standards are expected.
