As a Mixology Specialist, you will:
  • Warmly welcome guests with genuine hospitality
  • Provide exceptional and attentive service
  • Engage in friendly conversation as time permits
  • Be well-versed in the beverage offerings
  • Prepare cocktails, and open and serve wine/champagne
  • Prepare garnishes with precision
  • Maintain adequate supplies of ice, glassware, and paper products
  • Ensure the bar area is clean and organized
  • Process various payment methods
  • Uphold a clean and safe environment
  • Ensure the bar and its equipment are well-maintained
  • Handle challenging situations with poise
  • Adhere to all applicable liquor regulations
Minimum Requirements:

To excel as a Mixology Specialist, you must possess a professional demeanor, a warm and inviting personality, and the ability to connect effortlessly with others. A genuine sense of care and compassion is essential, along with comfort in conversing with individuals from diverse backgrounds and all levels of the organization. Communicate clearly and professionally with others. Previous experience in bartending is advantageous. Perform other reasonable job duties as assigned by supervisors.

The role of Mixology Specialist requires standing for extended periods, or throughout entire shifts. A professional appearance and clean uniform are necessary. Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than 30 pounds without assistance.
