As a Bartender, your responsibilities will include:

• Greet guests with sincere hospitality
• Provide attentive and personalized service
• Engage in friendly conversation as time permits
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the beverage offerings
• Prepare cocktails and serve wine/champagne
• Prepare garnishes for drinks
• Ensure the bar is stocked with ice, glassware, and supplies
• Set up and uphold cleanliness in the bar area
• Process various payment methods
• Maintain a clean and safe environment
• Ensure the bar and its equipment are in optimal condition
• Effectively manage challenging situations when they arise
• Adhere to all applicable liquor regulations

Essential Qualifications:

To excel as a Bartender, you should possess a professional demeanor, a warm and inviting personality, and the ability to connect effortlessly with guests from diverse backgrounds. A genuine sense of care and compassion is essential, along with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally. Previous experience in bartending is highly advantageous.
