Mixology Expert

We are seeking a skilled and charismatic Bartender to join our team at Residence Inn Noblesville. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming and exciting atmosphere for our guests, showcasing your craft of creating cocktails, and providing exceptional customer service.

• Welcome guests with genuine care and attention to detail
• Deliver highly attentive service, engaging in polite conversation as time allows
• Be fully informed of beverage menu and make recommendations to guests
• Prepare drinks for cocktail service, open and service wine/champagne
• Prepare garnishes and maintain a clean and organized bar area
• Stock ice, glassware, and paper supplies, and ensure the bar and its equipment are clean and fully functional
• Process all payment methods and maintain a safe and secure environment
• Occasionally diffuse difficult situations and provide excellent customer service
• Comply with all liquor laws and regulations

• Professional demeanor and a warm and welcoming personality
• Ability to engage easily and actively connect with others, including guests and colleagues
• Genuine caring and compassion, with the ability to converse with individuals from a variety of backgrounds and at all organizational levels
• Clear and professional communication skills
• Previous bartending experience is a plus
• Ability to stand for long periods of time, or entire shifts, and move, lift, carry, push, pull and place objects weighing less than 30 pounds without assistance
