The Program Coordinator provide administrative and secretarial support based on applicable policies, rules and procedures.

The Program Coordinator will support to 2-3 divisions within the Department of Neurology, including clinical, administrative, fiscal, research, and academic duties. Under the direction of the Division Supervisor and/or Neurology Leadership, responsibilities include but are not limited to :

* Oversight and management of administrative calendars for division faculty and APPs

o Scheduling, attending, and taking minutes for meetings

o Submitting faculty and APP leave requests

* Collating and processing reimbursements (eg travel, recruitment)
* Drafting faculty recruitment itineraries, and hosting on-site and virtual recruitment visits
* Submitting requests to revise leadership-approved Neurology clinical schedules
* Purchasing Division office supplies
* Department and Division project assistance

This position requires a high degree of professionalism and diplomacy as the initial administrative contact for the divisions, as well as flexibility to pivot due to a high paced work environment with competing priorities. Initiative, accountability, collaboration, and dependability are essential to the success of this position.
