Hiring Manager Notes:
Manager is looking for Level 2 associates, someone who is exceptionally well in handling customer queries and will be working in a call center environment to supports and investigate claims.
This individual will be dealing with actual civil lawsuits and need to investigate customer s claims thoroughly.
This individual will be responsible for managing and organizing documentation, doing regular follow ups, helping case managers and must have good understanding of California Lemon Law requirements.
Initially this individual will be working on 10/20 cases a day however the volume of the cases will be increased with time. They will be making the case ready to take a decision.
Also, this would be a 100% onsite position.

Strong written and oral communication.
Organizational and time management skills.
Ability to maintain the strictest of confidentiality Added bonus if you have.
Previous automotive call center or customer relations experience.
Previous Client or Lexus experience.
Years of Experience:
3-5 years of experience
Law Degree (Preferred)
Min High School Graduate/GED
Paralegal experience/Legal Secretary experience
Interview Process: 2 Rounds of Interviews
1st round - 30 minutes Virtual Meeting with Michelle
2nd Round - In person Panel Interview at client location (Irvine, CA)

What you ll be doing:
Preparation and dissemination of lemon law acknowledgment letters.
Request repair orders and sales documents from Client dealerships.
Input repair history data and details (Client/Guest Experience Platform GEP).
Distribute customer cases to appropriate regional personnel.
Assemble/Order documents for Client HQ and Legal department.
Collaborate with dealer personnel, district managers, and field technical specialists.
