Some of What You'll do:

* Welcome and greet every customer that enters service department
* Read repair orders and assist customer in understanding their order and account details
* Post transactions according to repair order type and warranty status
* Maintain a clean waiting area and cashier area at all times
* Instill trust in our customers by promptly attending to their questions and concerns
* Contribute to an excellent guest experience by working effectively with team members management team
* Maintain professional communication with team members and guests
* Develop your customer service skills and take your career to new heights

What we are looking for:

* 1-2 years customer service or cashier experience
* Experience working for auto dealership, preferred
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Proficient computer skills
* Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail
* Professional work ethic and high integrity
* Ability to work as a team and/or independently
