Key Responsibilities
  • Efficient Transaction Processing: Operate the cash register and gas console accurately, adhering to all cash handling protocols. Ensure precise accounting for all sales transactions and maintain inventory integrity through correct pricing.
  • Store Maintenance: Keep the store environment clean, well-stocked, and visually appealing. Uphold high standards of cleanliness across all areas, including parking lots, restrooms, and stockrooms, while promptly addressing any safety hazards.
  • Customer Engagement: Greet and assist customers with a focus on delivering outstanding service. Employ suggestive selling techniques to enhance customer experience and encourage repeat visits.
  • Promotional Support: Participate in promotional activities by building displays that highlight sale items and drive additional sales.
  • Additional Duties: Perform other tasks as assigned by management to support store operations.

Qualifications
  • Strong mathematical skills for accurate transaction processing.
  • Proficiency in operating retail equipment, including cash registers and credit card machines.
  • Effective written communication skills for completing routine forms and records.
  • Excellent oral communication skills for professional interactions with customers and colleagues.

Compensation
Starting salary is $17.00 per hour.
