Job SummaryThe Cashier is a key member of our sales team, responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless shopping experience. This role involves operating a cash register, handling customer transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
Key Responsibilities- Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Operate a cash register, accurately processing transactions and handling customer payments.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the checkout area and surrounding areas.
- Assist with restocking shelves, facing merchandise, and rotating stock to ensure a visually appealing store display.
- Participate in store meetings and contribute to team discussions to improve sales and customer service.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Cashier experience preferred, but not required.
- Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 25 pounds, and climb stairs.
$16.90 per hour.
