Job Overview:

EnDyna is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support the President and CEO in their day-to-day responsibilities. The ideal candidate will be adept at managing calendars, scheduling, travel arrangements, and other administrative tasks. Additionally, the Executive Assistant will play a crucial role in supporting our HR team by utilizing their recruiting experience to assist with talent acquisition efforts. This role will be 100% in-office at our McLean office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Executive Support:
    • Manage and coordinate complex calendars for the President and CEO, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and conference calls.
    • Arrange domestic and international travel logistics, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
    • Prepare and organize materials for meetings and presentations.
  • Recruiting Assistance:
    • Collaborate with the Director of HR to identify staffing needs and assist in creating job descriptions.
    • Source, screen, and interview potential candidates for various positions within the company.
    • Coordinate interview schedules and communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
    • Support HR in onboarding activities for new hires.
  • Administrative Support:
    • Handle general administrative tasks, including email correspondence, phone calls, office supplies and document management.
    • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documentation as needed.
    • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role.
  • Experience in government contracting a plus.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and calendar management tools.
  • Previous experience in recruiting and talent acquisition.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Experience with Smartsheet a plus.

Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field required.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant.
  • 2 years of experience in a government contracting setting.
