Part-Time Receptionist

Eide Chrysler currently has an opening for a Part-Time Receptionist. The candidate will spend each day in Reception. The hours we are looking to fill are 5pm-7pm Monday-Friday and every other Saturday 9am-6pm. Some job responsibilities are listed below:

Responsibilities:
  • Answer dealership group phones.
  • Greet and receive prospects and customers.
  • Direct customers to the correct department, notify the appropriate person that a customer is waiting, and introduce the customer to a salesperson.
  • Work cooperatively with the sales and service team.
  • Communicate with callers and visitors in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner.
  • Handle customer complaints with integrity and poise and take or refer the complaining customer to the appropriate individual for further communication.

Qualifications:
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Outgoing and positive demeanor.
  • Professional presentation.
  • Punctual nature and ability to handle schedule flexibility.
  • A professional appearance.
