About this Position

Primerica's Internet Compliance department is seeking a Summer Intern to join their team. The Internet Compliance Intern will communicate with Primerica's field representatives, resolve cases, and assist in identifying and developing best practices to gather data.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

* Maintaining a case log of non-compliant content identified through our new third-party surveillance tool, FieldWatch.
* Communicating with Primerica representatives to provide education on our policies and to ensure the identified content is addressed timely.
* Conducting follow-ups and resolving cases where content has been corrected/removed.
* Engaging with the Social Media Marketing team to review social media campaigns.
* Identifying efficiencies and developing best practices for use of our new tool and management of the data gathered

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES

* Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate with our representatives.
* Ability to self-initiate activities and coordinate tasks with minimal supervision.
* Excellent analytical and organizational skills
* Flexible and able to manage priorities effectively.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

* Currently enrolled in an accredited, degree-seeking program
* Advanced knowledge of the internet, including various social media sites and their related functionalities
* Technical competency in Microsoft Office and Outlook
