Responsibilities

Provides excellent quality care in the role of an EEG Tech and assists with cardiac procedures for patients at Chandler Regional Medical Center. This candidate is generally not a registered EEG technologist.

* Must be able to perform basic neurology procedures; EEG
* Critical thinking skills are evident in providing patient care as demonstrated through direct observation and feedback. Assesses critical care patients and monitors status. Documentation is completed appropriately.
* Assists with Cardiology procedures (EKG, Stress Testing, Muse Editing, etc.) as required.
* Performs other duties as assigned.

Dignity Health now offers an Education Benefit program for benefit-eligible employees after 180 days. This program provides debt relief and student loan assistance to help you achieve your goals. Full-time employees can receive up to $18,000 over five years, while part-time employees can receive up to $9,000.

Qualifications

Minimum:

* HS Diploma/GED or equivalent combination of education and experience required
* American Heart Association-issued BLS card
* ABRET

Preferred:

* Minimum of 3 years experience performing EEG's
* 3 years experience performing pediatric EEGs
* 3 years experience performing ambulatory EEGs
* Skilled in EKGs and Stress Tests
