If so, we have an ideal opportunity for you Callis & Associates is seeking an Administrative Assistant / Receptionist who will be the welcoming face of our Port Angeles office, supporting clients and staff with professionalism and care.

Position Overview
The mission of this role is to serve our customers so extraordinarily well that clients are inspired to tell their friends and family about Callis & Associates. As the first point of contact for our clients and prospects, the Administrative Assistant / Receptionist plays a crucial role in shaping the agency's first impression and providing seamless support to every department.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Answer and direct incoming calls.
  2. Maintain the office, ensuring a clean, organized, and welcoming environment.
  3. Process incoming and outgoing mail, faxes, voicemails, and email requests.
  4. Assist clients with payments.
  5. Organize and manage client documents, including policy processing, scanning, and downloading.
  6. Handle preliminary claim details.
  7. Contribute to projects, handle payments, provide claim updates, and perform other administrative duties.
  8. Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and adhere to all federal and state privacy and disclosure laws.
  9. Collaborate effectively, stay organized, and adapt quickly to changes in a fast-paced environment.
