Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain accurate records and files
- Provide exceptional customer service to all levels of personnel and visitors
- Assist the Hospital Administrator and department heads in achieving goals and objectives
- Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, both verbally and in writing
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent required; college degree preferred
- 1-2 years of secretarial experience preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
