Scheduling Coordinator

WHAT YOU WILL DO:
• Manage calendars for 6+ Consulting Team members.
• Carry out the scheduling of a high inflow of meetings with clients & other professionals
• Assist internal recruiters with scheduling phone screens & interviews
• Provide effective management of large amount of emails and managing these emails effectively
• Execute scheduling flawlessly while ensuring there are no calendar conflicts.
• Occasionally make phone calls for scheduling and other various correspondence.
• Assist in management of our Calendly booking system and processes.
• Ensure all necessary information is prepared for meetings.
• Assist with and handling special projects as they come up.
• Anticipate issues and initiate appropriate action to ensure most effective use of the various Consulting
Team Members' time.
• Provide suggestions for new and efficient ways to create work processes as pain points arise.
• Transcribe notes from meetings with clients/professionals, as needed.
• Distribute meeting notes to clients & to teams, as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality of all sensitive and confidential issues across the organization.
WHAT WE LOOK FOR:
• 3+ years supporting C-Level Executives
• Bachelor's Degree preferred, High School Diploma is required
• Excellent interpersonal relationship skills
• Extremely articulate
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Outlook - Calendaring & Email Management
• Ability to analytically schedule appointments & manage calendars
• Highly effective oral and written communication skills required. You will be communicating with Sr.
Leaders, High Net worth Clients, Employees (45wpm typing skill min)
• High EQ - emotional intelligence is a plus
• Microsoft Office: Outlook, Word, Excel, DocuSign
• Salesforce - preferred
• Calendly - preferred
