This is where you and your skills come in. We're currently looking for an experienced Sr. Manager, People Operations:

* Responsible for overseeing all aspects of the People Operations function, including employee lifecycle activities, HR policies, HR processes (including employee relocation and off-boarding), legal compliance and reporting, HR service delivery, HR inbox management, employee communication, and HR project management.


* Provide HR technical advice, knowledge, and People Operations leadership to support RingCentral's workforce


* Identify areas for improvement and develop a roadmap to enhance PeopleOps processes and programs while promoting scalability.


* Lead a team of 5 HR generalists, overseeing day-to-day employee lifecycle activities, projects, and programs.


* This is a hybrid role based in either our Belmont, CA or Denver, CO locations.



To succeed in this role you must have:

* 10+ years of progressive HR/ People Operations experience in a fast paced growth environment


* Extensive knowledge of People Ops strategies, policies and processes & experience leading a team


* Track record of driving and delivering results across HR disciplines, including but not limited to HR policy management, compensation, benefits, compliance training, performance management, change management, immigration and L&D


* Strategic thinking with an ability to solve immediate challenges while building for scale and considering long term impact


* Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities and deliverables, with accuracy and quick execution


* Project management track record, and ability to follow through programs from start to finish


* Highly effective verbal and written communication skills, amongst all levels


* Working knowledge of common HRIS systems, including Workday


* Working knowledge of U.S. labor law, compliance reporting and audits


* Effective and proactive leader guided by thoughtfulness, empathy and collaboration


* Maintain high levels of confidentiality and tact.

* SHRM SCP or SPHR certification


* Experience building from scratch and continuously improving upon what has already been built

If you are hired in Belmont, the compensation range for this position is between $113,000 and $161,500 and if you are hired in Denver, the compensation range for this position is between $96,600 and $138,000 for full-time employees, in addition to eligibility for variable pay, equity, and benefits. Benefits may include, but are not limited to, health and wellness, 401k, ESPP, vacation, parental leave, and more The salary may vary depending on your location, skills, and experience.
