Lumina Hospice & Palliative Care (Lumina) is seeking a full-time (1.0 FTE) Social Services Clinical Manager to join our team. The Social Services Clinical Manager plays a critical role in helping Lumina deliver its mission of providing compassionate care and support to those facing end of life, by being responsible for the clinical, fiscal, and administrative management of the provision of clinical social services (MSWs, chaplains and bereavement program) as well as the volunteer and transitions coordinator.
