Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist Practitioners: Collaborate with our healthcare practitioners to perform procedures, take medical histories, and administer medications.
  • Patient Care: Provide safe and quality nursing care to patients, including vital sign monitoring, wound care, and medication administration.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Documentation: Accurately document patient information, including medical histories, treatment plans, and progress notes.
Requirements
  • Education: Current unencumbered Oregon Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) licensure required.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a clinical setting preferred.
  • Certifications: Healthcare Provider BLS required.
Working Conditions

This role requires the ability to work in a fast-paced clinical environment, with frequent interruptions and changing priorities. You must be able to lift up to 36 pounds, stand for long periods, and move quickly and safely around the patient care area.
