This position is accountable for the operational management of designated departments.

Key responsibilities include overseeing personnel management, budget development and oversight, scheduling, process enhancement, adherence to regulatory standards, and long-term strategic planning.

The manager will also engage in clinical duties to ensure the department operates efficiently when required.

Department Overview:
The Cardiac Services team at HexaQuEST Health, Inc. utilizes advanced medical technology to deliver critical information for prompt and precise diagnoses.


Services Offered:

Cardiac Catheterization, Interventional Radiology, and other diagnostic imaging services.

Qualifications:
A Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent experience is mandatory. A Master's degree is preferred.
Current, unrestricted RN License in Oregon is essential.
A minimum of two (2) years of nursing experience along with two (2) years in a leadership capacity is required.
Healthcare Provider Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is necessary.
Completion of management training or educational programs is preferred.

Specific Requirements for Cardiac Services:
BSN is required.
Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification is required.

Verification of high school diploma or equivalent is necessary due to compliance with regulatory standards.
