Job Duties:
- Provide direct clerical support for the clinic.
- Assist clients at the front desk, ensuring prompt and courteous service.
- Control access to the building and maintain security protocols.
- Greet clients, check them in and out, and manage appointments.
- Answer incoming calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate personnel.
- Perform filing and record-keeping tasks to ensure organized documentation.
- Schedule appointments and maintain appointment calendars.
- Record meeting minutes and distribute as required.
Preferred Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft programs (Word, Excel, Outlook) is essential.
- Strong organizational skills
- Effective communication abilities
- Dependable and punctual
- Adaptability to a dynamic work environment
Misc. Information:
- Work Schedule: Monday to Friday; 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
- Parking is available on site, and there is no fee associated with parking.
- The location is on a bus route for those using public transportation.
- Interviews will involve a review of resumes and questions related to expected duties.
- No payment deposit required for issued items/property, but fees apply for lost items.
- Training will be provided to the selected candidate.
