Job Summary

Job Summary

The Behaviorist is responsible for participating in the Social Emotional Learning programs on campus; supporting teachers in developing Behavior Plans for Student Study Teams (SST); participating in SST meetings with parents/guardians and teacher; providing behavior support services across the organization, lead student citizenship and social emotional clubs; assist in the training of the behavior team across the organization; provide excellent customer service to scholars, parents/guardians and school personnel; consistently follows routine Crisis Prevention Intervention (CPI) procedures and maintains a high standard of order and safety to ensure the safety and well-being of scholars and staff. Knowledge and use of restorative practices is a significant component of this role.
