**Description**

The Patient Care Technician assists patients with activities of daily living and selective procedures delegated and communicated by the licensed nurse. These activities focus on maintaining a safe, hazard free, clean environment which facilitates patient focused care.

**Required Qualifications:**

+ National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.

+ Certified Patient Care Technician from approved National Certification Agency such as National Healthcareer Association upon hire.

+ 1 year PCT experience in an acute care setting.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

+ 6 months Phlebotomy experience.

The amounts listed are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
