Position Overview
The Patient Care Assistant in the Surgical Unit is responsible for delivering high-quality support to patients while also fulfilling the responsibilities of a Health Unit Coordinator or Monitor Technician as needed.

Essential Qualifications:
- Completion of a Health Unit Coordinator program or equivalent experience.
- Successful completion of a Certified Nursing Assistant training program.
- Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association upon hire.
- Registered as a Nurse Aide with the Texas Department of Aging and Disability Services upon hire.
Preferred Qualifications:
- At least one year of experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant or Health Unit Coordinator.
