About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Patient Care Technician to join our team at Covenant Medical Center. As a Patient Care Technician, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and supporting our nursing staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist patients with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Perform selective procedures delegated and communicated by licensed nurses, such as taking vital signs and administering medications.
  • Maintain a safe and clean environment for patients, including restocking supplies and disposing of waste.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless patient care and communication.
Requirements
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
  • Certified Patient Care Technician from an approved National Certification Agency, such as the National Health career Association, upon hire.
  • 1 year of PCT experience in an acute care setting.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 6 months of Phlebotomy experience.
