Front Office Hosts are responsible for the guest registration process and communication of hotel services and promotions. This highly visible role gives opportunity for casual conversation and has a direct impact on creating the guest experience. Other duties may include processing forms of payment and responding to guest inquires. You'll be the face of Hyatt as a Front Office Host and have a wonderful opportunity to make a lasting impression for our guests

The position offers an hourly rate range of $26.25 to $27.80. The starting hourly rate for this position is $26.25. This position also has an established rate for colleagues who have remained in the position for four years, which is $26.78. For those Front Office Hosts promoted to Lead, this position offers $27.25/hour, and for those Front Office Lead Hosts who have remained in the position for four years, they are offered a rate of $27.80/hour.

This position has the potential to earn additional compensation through:

* Gratuities provided at the guest's discretion
* "Upsell" Incentive when selling an upgraded room to a guest's reservation.
* Scheduling designation as "World of Hyatt Expert"
