Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

* Prepare invoices for data entry
* Enter invoices in New World system accurately and timely
* Check batches of invoices that have been entered in the system for accuracy
* Cross train on multiple A/P functions to serve as backup
* Check contracted rates to ensure that they're in compliance with contracted guidelines
* Check P-Card logs against provided receipts for accuracy

Experience/Requirements:

* Previous accounts payable experience preferred, but not required
* Strong computer skills including the use of Microsoft Office applications
* Strong organizational skills
* Ability to take initiative on job functions
* Ability to multi-task
* Team player
