What will I do as an employee with Redstone?
As a Quality Operations Director, supporting the Redstone mission will include the following responsibilities:
- Maintains efficient and productive office functions by organizing office operations and procedures that support Hospice, Home Health and Home Care. Responsible for the schedule coordination for the organizational transition to and from the weekend program team.
- Ensures accountability and leads all staff efforts that contribute to efficient and accurate billing for the month-end close process in collaboration with the Finance Department. Participates in the monthly Accounts Receivable reviews. Maintains oversight of process and actions that contribute to effective, efficient and timely imperatives that align with the vital components of financial reconciliation of all areas related to billing and revenue within home and community-based services and meets regulatory compliance standards.
- Assigns and monitors all clerical functions accordingly, including cross training of staff.
- Directs the internal payroll process and oversees the Accounts Payable approvals. Maintains office efficiency by planning and implementing office systems, inventory control, office layouts and capital equipment.
- Serves as the point of contact for the EMR systems for the agency and works with the IT services to ensure adequate and timely access. Utilizes office software, spreadsheets and data bases to effectively and efficiently provide data of the operational needs for Home Health, Hospice and Home Care.
- Coordinates management and staff on call schedule for Hospice, Home Health and Home Care.
What do I need for this role with Redstone?
- Individual must possess a valid Pennsylvania State driver's license in good standing, free of traffic violations as per policy.
- Registered Nurse (RN) preferred and holds an unencumbered license to practice in Pennsylvania, if applicable.
- One year of administration experience required in home health, hospice or long-term care.
- Prior supervisory experience preferred.
