At our Cascades facilities in Pryor, Oklahoma you can develop your full potential, sustainably, by applying your expertise within the Cascades Tissue Group of our team as the Multi-Site Health & Safety Coordinator:
RESPONSIBILITIES
* Promote an OHS culture among unit management personnel.
* Help to implement your group's strategic plan within the targeted plants as OHS expert.
* Coordinate the implementation of OHS practices, processes, and tools within the targeted plants.
* Support plant management in implementing the OHS strategy.
* Support plant management in implementing the OHS management system.
* Advise the management of the plants concerned about best practices in OHS.
* Support the plants by acting as a resource person with the authorities and partners concerned.
* Monitor performance indicators and analyze their results.
* Define and promote OHS culture with plant management.
* Ensure compliance with OHS standards, laws, and regulations.
* Monitor and share best practices in OHS throughout the company.
* Ensure the continuity of the first aid program and ensure a sufficient number of first responders.

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE & STRENGTHS
* Knowledge of OHS regulations and standards.
* Advisor to business partners on occupational health and safety issues
* Leadership and expertise in building trust and promoting buy-in to proposed solutions.
* Demonstrated aptitude for collaboration, teamwork and risk management.
* Effective written and verbal communication skills to include the development and facilitation of health and safety related presentations.
* Ability to lead change management initiatives resulting in support and buy in from the team.
REQUIREMENTS
* Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Engineering or related field.
* 3-5+ years' H&S experience in a manufacturing setting.
* Proficient in MS Office, knowledge of SAP or ERP helpful.
