International Flavors and Fragrances (IFF) is seeking a highly skilled Process Engineer to join its Manufacturing Technology group at its Pryor, Oklahoma facility.

The successful candidate will provide daily engineering support to the food ingredient operations and develop strategies to improve manufacturing performance at the site.

The Process Engineer will utilize their expertise in process engineering and operations to support capital projects and continuous improvement efforts.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct work activities and demonstrate leadership behavior consistent with IFF's Core Values.
  • Ensure facility and personal adherence to regulatory, company policies, good manufacturing, and food safety requirements.
  • Interface with R&D, Engineering, Operating, and Business resources to develop innovations and coordinate product rollouts.
  • Provide technical leadership and support to plant capital projects, including design, capital justification, PSM, and commissioning activities.
  • Provide daily technical support to Operations, including process optimization, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and risk analysis.
  • Work closely with production management to develop production strategies and systems that improve manufacturing performance.
  • Mentor production resources to build technical knowledge and demonstrate leadership.
  • Drive focus on innovation and continuous improvement in engineering and manufacturing activities.
  • Support Process Safety Management (PSM), Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS), and Continuous Improvement programs.
