- Total Cash Compensation = Annual Base Salary + Profit Sharing Target
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure the reliability, completeness, and accuracy of accounting for inventory quantities, capital assets, and operational costs.
- Thoroughly analyze performance indicators related to operating costs.
- Disseminate relevant information effectively.
- Identify and propose opportunities for operational improvements.
- Contribute to the decision-making processes within your plant.
- Assist management in enhancing business processes.
- Maintain a robust control framework to mitigate operational risks and prevent fraud.
- Implement best practices in administration, accounting, financial management, and sales tailored to your plant's requirements.
- Oversee the work of financial analysts.
ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
- Experience in accounting or finance within an industrial manufacturing context is preferred.
- Strong analytical and organizational abilities with a knack for prioritization.
- Leadership skills and expertise in fostering support for proposed solutions.
- Proficiency in SAP is required.
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting.
- Over 5 years of relevant managerial accounting experience.
- Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel.
- Familiarity with SAP software.
