Responsibilities:

* Ability to create standard operating procedures as it relates to accounts payable.
* Oversee and assist team with full cycle A/P including...PO matching, vouchering, reconciling vendor statements, and disbursements.
* Conduct monthly audits to identify and resolve discrepancies.
* Manage vendor communications, research, and analyze issues. Reconcile monthly invoices.
* Perform daily check reviews and monitor the team's output.
* Maintain documentation accurately in accordance with GAAP.
* Other duties as needed.

Other Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree or AA degree in Accounting
* 2+ years management experience, strong leadership and team building skills.
* Passionate about quality, accuracy, and timeliness
* Proficient in Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
* Ability to perform at a high level within a fast-paced ever-changing work environment.
