Graebel is seeking a skilled Client Finance Expense Analyst to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data related to client relocation programs. This role involves auditing expense reports for compliance with client policies and contracts, as well as authorizing payment disbursements within established cycle time guidelines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Audit domestic transferee expense reports and contractual allowances to ensure compliance with client policies and/or specific assignment letters.
  • Code transactions for benefit payment, contract interpretation, policy compliance, exceptional approval, and taxability assignment.
  • Validate banking accuracy and authorize payment disbursements within established cycle time guidelines or client service level agreements.
  • Prepare adjustment letters for partially approved expense reports to communicate the reason for payment denial.
Requirements
  • Performs professional-level work.
  • Develops solutions requiring analysis and research.
  • Responsible for critical work and/or complex projects performed within a broader technical and business context.
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, technical procedures, and numerical data.
  • Ability to write simple reports and general business correspondence.
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from management, customers, and employees.
  • Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume.
  • Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
  • Equus software knowledge preferred (ReloAdvantage or GlobalPro).
  • Microsoft D365 knowledge a plus.
Education and Experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • Three (3) years of relevant experience acceptable in lieu of formal education.
Preferred Qualifications
  • One (1) to three (3) years of relevant experience preferred.
  • Requires proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
