Key Responsibilities

  • Communicate effectively with all project stakeholders including field staff, and the client to ensure efficient and accurate schedule development and updates
  • Builder's mindset and experience preferred with CPM knowledge
  • Meet with Project Management, Owners, Field Teams & Subcontractors in development of baseline schedule, monthly updates and recovery schedules
  • Identify and communicate significant schedule risks
  • Develop Work Breakdown Structures and work with project staff to facilitate development of the project schedule.
  • Evaluate the performance of the project by analyzing significant schedule, budget and/or resource variances
  • Ability to create and effectively use the cost-loaded/resource-loaded schedule
  • Utilize Primavera P6 and or MS Project scheduling software to update and document schedule performance
  • Monitor and status schedule progress
  • Analyze delivery impacts, time extensions, claims, etc.
  • Interact with scheduling consultant in schedule reviews, claims analysis, etc. Perform cash flow projections/analysis on a monthly basis
  • Perform manpower projections/analysis
  • Participate in and create training for various stakeholders within and without the company
  • Expert skillset required in P6 and MS project. Understanding advantages and disadvantages and use case scenarios for each software.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering required or equivalent years of experience in Scheduling
  • 2-5 Years of commercial construction scheduling experience preferred in Data Center, Life Sciences & Manufacturing.
  • Proficiency in developing, resource loading, cost loading analyzing and reporting on project schedules
  • Primavera P6 & MS Project scheduling experience
  • Solid understanding of industry and construction field practices.
  • Good organization and communication skills
