What we seek:


The Retail Associate Support Specialist will be assigned to various stores within a designated radius from the primary location.

Your schedule will be based on your availability.

Deliver an outstanding experience to Goodwill of North Georgia donors by efficiently collecting and sorting donations while fostering a welcoming environment.

Maintain a professional appearance in accordance with the organization's brand standards. Expedite merchandise to processing areas in a dynamic setting while following established operating procedures.

Your responsibilities will include:
Processing goods swiftly to meet production targets in a fast-paced environment while adhering to standard operating procedures
Issuing donation receipts to each guest at the time of their contribution
Addressing guest inquiries and resolving issues by following agency and departmental guidelines
Sorting donations into specified categories accurately
Thoroughly inspecting and evaluating donated items
Adapting to various work areas to support daily production objectives
Identifying and resolving issues promptly or seeking management assistance

Requirements:
Must be willing to work at any store within a specified radius from the primary location
High School Diploma or GED preferred
Consistently promote a healthy team culture focused on exceptional guest experiences
Strong oral and written communication skills in English, along with interpersonal abilities
Detail-oriented with the capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
Excellent organizational skills and sound judgment
Must be 18 years or older to be certified and licensed to operate a forklift (individuals aged 16 to 17 are not permitted to operate forklifts, balers, or compactors)

Must be able to meet all physical demands of the role, including the ability to bend, reach, grasp, stand, and/or walk for extended periods, as well as the capacity to push, pull, and lift up to 30 lbs with or without accommodation.
