Pay Range:

$1150 - $1450 weekly

THIS WILL BE AN ON-SITE JOB

Location: Atlanta, GA

Key Responsibilities:
  • Answering incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner
  • Providing accurate and timely information to customers while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Resolving customer complaints and issues in a calm, courteous, and professional manner
  • Identifying and escalating customer concerns or unresolved issues to appropriate departments
  • Assisting customers with product and service inquiries, order placements, and tracking shipments
  • Managing and updating customer accounts, including processing payments and updating customer information

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a customer service or call center role preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to navigate computer systems and accurately enter data
  • Proficient multitasking and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
