Pay Range:
$1150 - $1450 weekly
THIS WILL BE AN ON-SITE JOB
Location: Atlanta, GA
Key Responsibilities:
- Answering incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner
- Providing accurate and timely information to customers while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
- Resolving customer complaints and issues in a calm, courteous, and professional manner
- Identifying and escalating customer concerns or unresolved issues to appropriate departments
- Assisting customers with product and service inquiries, order placements, and tracking shipments
- Managing and updating customer accounts, including processing payments and updating customer information
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a customer service or call center role preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to navigate computer systems and accurately enter data
- Proficient multitasking and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
