Various Shift Times Available:
FT - 8am - 4:30pm, 8:30am - 5pm, 9am - 5:30pm, 9:30am - 6pm, 10am - 6:30pm
PT - 8am - 12:30pm, 8:30am - 1pm, 9am - 2:30pm, 10am - 4pm
Our client is looking for a Bilingual Member Engagement Specialist that provides a positive customer service experience that meets the needs of patients by educating them on products and services, listening to concerns, and addressing issues in a high-volume inbound call center.
Responsibilities
- Answer high-volume inbound customer calls via an automated phone system
- Make outbound calls to patients as needed
- Utilize resources to troubleshoot and resolve patient issues
- Use full product knowledge of the company’s products and services to service patients
- Communicate effectively and professionally with patients, teammates, and healthcare professionals
- Perform other duties as required
Qualifications
- Must be Bilingual (English/Spanish)
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to resolve patient concerns
- Positive, professional, and courteous demeanor
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of call center experience required
- Healthcare customer service experience preferred
- Computer proficiency and the ability to navigate multiple platforms
