Job Title: Administrative Marketing Coordinator

Job Description

We are seeking an Administrative Marketing Coordinator to develop and execute marketing strategies, create compelling content, manage digital marketing efforts, conduct market research, and support the sales team. The ideal candidate will have experience in B2B marketing, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

+ Develop and execute marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and drive sales growth for our material handling products and solutions.

+ Create and manage compelling content, including product brochures, case studies, white papers, blog posts, and videos.

+ Manage the company's online presence, including website management, SEO/SEM efforts, email marketing, and social media channels. Monitor analytics and adjust strategies for optimal performance.

+ Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape. Leverage insights to inform marketing strategies and product development.

+ Partner closely with the sales team to create and provide sales tools, presentations, and other resources that empower the sales team to effectively communicate our value proposition, address customer pain points, and close deals.

+ Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing and sales initiatives, provide marketing collateral, and ensure seamless communication between departments to maximize revenue generation.

+ Ensure consistency in brand messaging and visual identity across all marketing channels and materials.

+ Oversee the marketing budget, allocating resources effectively to maximize ROI across various campaigns and initiatives.

Essential Skills

+ Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

+ 3+ years of marketing experience, preferably in B2B, industrial, or manufacturing sectors.

+ Google Analytics

+ Social Media

Work Environment

This role offers a flexible work environment with 2-3 days in the office from 8 AM to 5 PM.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.04 - $28.85
