Cummings Properties is seeking an accounting associate to join the Accounting Department in Woburn. The accounting associate will be responsible for a variety of tasks related to accounts payable, accounts receivable and general accounting. Duties and Responsibilities:

* Account analysis, journal entry preparation and intercompany reconciliations
* Utility account management and invoice processing
* Reconciliation and accounting for credit card charges/statements
* Accounts receivable follow-up with clients
* Posting daily deposits for electronic payments
* Periodic billing of variable lease charges
* Maintenance of insurance documentation for vendors

About You: You are a team player with the ability to absorb information in a fast-paced environment in addition to possessing the following:

* Minimum two years of related work experience in general accounting or accounts payable
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Access.
* Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
* Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks while meeting deadlines with accurate results.
