Human Resources/Payroll

The Green Hills Center for Rehabilitation and Healing is looking for a talented and hard-working Director of Human Resources to join our ever-growing rehabilitation team. Human Resources/Payroll Job Duties:

General HR duties:

+ Benefits and Leave administration, including FMLA

+ Employee relations

+ On-boarding

+ Compliance

General Payroll duties:

+ Time and Attendance entry

+ Payroll Register Audit and Review

+ Understands Federal and State laws and regulations governing Payroll

Recruiting Duties:

+ Responsible for full cycle recruitment

+ Consult with hiring managers to ascertain needs within each department

+ Manage the job postings process

+ Review resumes and pre-screen candidates

+ Schedule candidate interviews with hiring managers

+ Conducts phone interviews, office interviews

+ Understands HR policy and practices benefits, work rules, pre-offer requirements, etc.

Desired Qualifications:

+ Healthcare Experience Required (LTC)

+ 2 years of HR Management experience, including recruiting experience, required in long term nursing care.

+ 2 years payroll processing experience required in long term nursing care

+ Must have Strong knowledge of Federal and TN employment laws and regulations

+ Staffing Coordination experience preferred
