Pay Range: $26.62 - $28.78/Hr
About the Role: As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide essential support to our team in Sylmar, CA. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Administrative Tasks: Handling tasks like scheduling meetings, managing calendars, booking travel, processing expenses, and managing invoices.
  • Meeting Support: Assisting in planning and executing meetings, town halls, and leadership team gatherings.
  • Data Tracking: Tracking key metrics, organizational changes, budget/invoice information, and training completion.
  • Document Preparation: Creating and organizing various documents, including reports, agendas, correspondence, and presentations.
  • Personnel Support: Managing personnel action forms, timesheets, requisitions, and job descriptions.
  • Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate and organized department files, records, and documentation.
  • Vendor Management: Organizing and maintaining vendor contracts.
  • Office Management: Managing office supplies and resolving office-related issues.

Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Minimum 3 years of administrative experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree
  • Experience with Workday and Concur
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines  
  • Experience in the biotech, bio-instruments, or medical device industry
  • Understanding of FDA regulations and company policies
