POSITION SUMMARY

The vault is the repository for all gaming revenues. These revenues must be taken into the vault accountability and recorded as increases on the Main Bank Summary. At the end of each shift, the vault cashier balances the vault by recording all transactions that increase or decrease the main bank accountability on the Main Bank Summary and performing an inventory of all cash and cash equivalent items on the Main Bank Inventory.

Vault procedures are in GSC and CCS cage folders under policy and procedures for full job description.

RESPONSIBILITIES

* Responsible for mastering all areas of Vault including but not limited to the following: Service windows in vault, Main vault, Impress described (NRT cassettes fills, hard balance and loading NRT's on the gaming floor), Front line windows.
* Responsible for overseeing and training of all promoted Guest Services Center Vault Cashiers. Provide feedback to supervisor and managers on training to ensure the success of new team members.
* Responsible for accurately counting and recording assigned funds and making exchanges for funds throughout the shift. Including jackpots, table credits, table fills, employee gratuity and employee exchanges, retail banks and cashier banks and all other description requirements for the Guest Services Vault Representative II position.
* Keeping cash drawer balanced and impressed. Making exchanges with the cashiers on front line and service windows. Ensuring that all paperwork is completed from slot department including W2-G's for taxable withholdings for jackpots and table games jackpots.
* Assisting front line when needed to complete transactions for guest using GUI CMS and Leap systems.
* Front Line: Verifying and documenting personal identification information for Everi Title 31 cash transactions' logging Check cashing, Credit card advances, Chip cashing, Tito Ticket, cash for cash and all marketing cash transactions.
* Complete working knowledge of all facilities available for guests on property. Maintain a pleasant, friendly and welcoming attitude at all times. Have complete knowledge of all special events and promotional activities.
* Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

* Must have at least two years or more of cashiering or banking experience or have exceptional job performance to move into Guest Services Vault Representative position.
* Must hold a Colorado gaming license.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS & WORK ENVIRONMENT

* Standing/Walking throughout 10 hour shift.
* Bending/Lifting throughout 10 hour shift. Lifting up to 20 pounds jet sort bags).
* Use of adding machine, currency counter, jet sort (coin counter), jet scan (bill counter), photocopier, cash advance system and check cashing computer system.
* Casino environment exposed to bright lights, noise and changing temperatures.
